"Friday The 13th, Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan" sees a change of different venue for the homicidal maniac. While on a floating barge, the graduating classes of a local high school cruise to New York. Jason Voorhees (Kane Hodder) has stolen away onboard. In classic maniac fashion, Jason causes the barge to sink and half the students drown. However a few swim to shore and find themselves in Manhattan. Now Jason stalks the kids along the streets of everyone’s favorite city and it’s left to Suzi Donaldson (Tiffany Paulsen) to collect her wits and face her fear of Jason she has had since childhood.
